- New Laser 12 month warranty on in-stock lasers.
- Refurbished Laser: Our refurbished lasers are completely new laser tubes inserted into the JDSU laser case. 12 month warranty on in-stock lasers.
- Onsite installation: JBI Scientific can refer you to an ISO or engineer for on-site installation. In addition to replacing the laser the engineer can check and clean the optics as necessary. The engineer will remain onsite after installation to make sure your sample injection has acceptable RFU values.
- Customer installation with Video Technical Support and Alignment Kit rental. We ship a pre tested laser with an alignment tool kit, technical documents, and we can set up video technical support during the laser installation. This option is for customers who like to perform their own service work. Anyone attempting this procedure should be fully trained in laser safety and fully understand the dangers of working with a Class IIIB laser.
