PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE (PM): The JBI Scientific PM service is a great value for an organization who wants to have their instrument properly maintained by a JBI Scientific engineer. You receive up to five hours of in-house labor and unlimited tech support for the contract period at no additional charge. This option is best for a lab that has a more flexible budget to allow for parts replacement payment on an as needed basis.
- This plan includes one Preventative Maintenance (PM) per 12 month period, and up to an additional 5 hours of in-house labor provided by JBI Scientific.
- Parts provided by JBI Scientific are discounted at prices of 25-66% of the OEM list price.
